Tv out as in not s video but component, some older cards i.e 4870 had a output that looked like a s video port but and came with an adaptor that converted it to component.
Just asking as having bad luck with hdmi to component adaptors, had one that died after a days usage(and had to use nvidia control panel to make a custom resolution)
Would be good to just use my proper setup but I doubt that will work.
