Has anyone had any successes turning a PC on via a IR remote or similar?
In the past I've had remotes that do standby and whatnot, and you can often use the software to bind a button to shut the machine down, but not sure about starting it back up?
Reason being that I'd like to VESA mount a ITX or NUC PC to the back of a TV, and while that's fine on a bog standard monitor it would be a pain on something a bit larger like a TV.
