My pcs seem to transfer by wireless rather than wired

I have a gigabit network in the house but each time I want to transfer between pcs i.e as I have updated a game on one and copying it over it seems to auto default to wireless as it goes about 1 megabyte a second, if I disable wireless on both pcs or disconnect it goes at the gigabit speeds so I get up to 100 megabytes depending on filesize



Its just awkward to disable the wireless each time I want to transfer so is there a option to change?
