Malwarebytes has just stoped working

Whilst viewing a website I got notifications fron Malwarebytes that harmful programs were detected. When I ran Malware, I got a message stating "Cannot find the file specified" although it still appears to be installed.

I did an uninstall and the same happens; any suggetsions as to what ahs gone wrong?
