Have I got a virus?

So on google chrome and even steam it keeps redircting me to random websites and i can't seem to get rid of it. I have Kaspersky anti virus I have done a full scan with that, then I got the full version of malwarebyte and done a full scan of that and then finally tried CCleaner and that didnt get rid of it ether so I dont know what to do any ideas on how to get rid of it?
